We offer a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase that covers any workmanship or manufacturing defects. While we are confident in the manufacturers we work with and do inspect each piece prior to customer shipment, defects can occur. Simply contact us and we will work together to find a solution!

Please note this warranty does not cover the following:

• Normal wear and tear, including scratches, snapped necklace or bracelet chains, or modifications made to the jewelry by the owner or a third party;
• Bent jewelry pieces (since so many of our pieces are adjustable and are intended to bend);
• Deterioration of the product's color or shine, due to improper use or storage, and/or lack of regular maintenance (jewelry care).      

For warranty claims, please provide your order number, a photo of the defective item, and a brief explanation of the issue and email it to contact@alessandrajames.com.
