We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the day you received your item to request a return. Once this time has passed, we unfortunately cannot refund your money or exchange the item.
To be eligible for a refund within the 30-day window, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.
To initiate a return, email us at email@example.com to request a refund and describe why you are returning the item(s). We will then email you with return instructions and a shipping label. You are also free to use your own carrier for return shipment*. Should this be the case, please specify this in the email and we will send you the return address.
Once we have received and inspected your return we will notify you and process the refund to your original payment method, deducting the cost of return shipping. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
*If you are self-shipping and the value is over CHF 50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Damages or Other Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 3 days if the item is damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or jewelry that has been worn.
